All Sainik Students ,Proud Manipuris and North Easterners... Like and Share him if You know him. He is the All India Topper from Manipur... Bro Muhammad Ismat (SSI Adm. No. 2612)

FIRST EVER ALL INDIA TOPPER FROM NORTH EAST

A Manipuri boy Mohammad Ismat scored the highest mark in the All India Senior Secondary Certificate Examination ( AISSCE) conducted by the CBSE, whose results were declared nationwide on Monday. Ishmat, a student of Imphal's Zenith Academy, scored 495 out of 500 marks.

Though there is no concept of toppers in the CBSE class XII examinations, KK Choudhury regional officer CBSE (northeast region) confirmed that this is the first time a student from the northeast has scored highest in all India level. "It is indeed great. We hope this is the beginning and we get more such brilliant students from the region every year," he said.

Ismat has got 100 marks each in mathematics, chemistry and fine arts while he scored 98 in English and 97 in physics. In his additional subject home sciences he scored 100 marks.

A student of Zenith Academy, Imphal, Ishmat has always been a brilliant student. As the news of Ishmat scoring the highest, the school went into a celebration mode. His success came despite academic calendar every year is disrupted due to bandhs and blockades.

Hailing from a poor Manipuri Muslim family in Lilong Haoreibi village in Manipur's Thoubal district, Ismat's father Md Bashirur Rahman, a government primary school teacher, had struggled to ensure Ismat a good education.

Ismat began his primary education at a local school in Lilong before switching over to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Imphal up to class VIII. He then joined Sainik School Imphal from where he scored 94.2 percent in class X CBSE examination. But, he could not continue in Sainik School as his parent could not afford the fees.

"After passing class X with high marks I thought of studying in the best school in Imphal. But I could not due to the acute financial difficulties faced by my family. All is not lost when S M Singh, the management secretary of Zenith Academy accepted my request to study in the school without charging much fees. With his guidance, I have come out with flying colours," Ismat said.

"Impossible is not in my mind and I have the strong conviction that everything is possible when a man determined to do what mankind can do. And this is the only tool for me to top in this national level examination," a jubilant Ismat told TOI minutes after the results were declared.

"Never leave till tomorrow what you can do today." This was the success mantra of Mohammad Ismat, who topped the All India CBSE Class 12 exam, the results of which were declared on Monday.

He wants to pursue Physics (Honours) from St Stephen’s College in Delhi, and crack the Civil Service exam later.

Richard Loitam and Racism

<<<THE BIG NEWS>>>

"The medical report from the DOCTORS of Victoria Hospital has said that the mysterious death of Richard Loitam was not due to physical injuries but due to a cardiac disease the source of which may be heredity. The POLICE will drop murder charges in Richard Loitam death case "

<<<THE BIG TRUTH>>>

Most of the time, cardiac-arrest-inducing Arrhythmias don't occur on their own. In a person with a normal healthy heart, a lasting irregular heart rhythm isn't likely to develop without an outside trigger, such as :-
1. Electrical shock,
2. The use of illegal drugs,
3. Trauma to the chest at just the wrong time of the heart's cycle (Commotio cordis).
NB: Sudden blow to the chest can cause no. 3

Now, I don't think Electrical shock was given to Richard Loitam.
The report neither says anything about any illegal Drugs...then
the death is due to trauma no .3 , which was triggered by the blow untimely given to Richard by the Convicts.

“My son was an active football player and was in good physical condition. Moreover, in his school here, he had to go through a medical check-up every six months. There has been no indication of heart problem so far. How can it suddenly arise?” SAYS HIS MOTHER Dr. R.K. Vidyabali.

“We both (PARENTS) are doctors and are fairly knowledgeable in medicine. If our son had shown symptoms of a problem, we would have known it. The report calls it hereditary, but there is no significant history of heart disease in our family.” added his mother

The Proof is the pool of blood in the pic below. We can't stay silent.
PROTEST ON SUNDAY( 20 MAY) AT TOWNHALL, BANGALORE FROM 4-6 PM.
PLEASE DO SHARE THIS. LETS STAND FOR JUSTICE TO RICHARD LOITAM.

Mr. Narayanaswamy quits IAS Job

First Rank in State in Secondary School Examination

First Rank in University in Plus Two

First Rank in IIT Entrance Examination

First Rank in All India IIT Computer Science

First Rank in IAS Entrance Examination

First Rank in IAS Training Institute

On passing out from IIT Chennai Mr. Narayanaswamy was offered scholarship by the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology , USA .. He who came from a middle class family believed that he had a moral obligation to give something in return for the lakhs of rupees the government spent on him as an IIT student. He had the intelligence and conviction to realize that this money came also from the poorest of the poor - who pay up the excise duty on textiles when they buy cloth, who pay up customs, excise and sales tax on diesel when they travel in a bus, and in numerous other ways indirectly pay the government. So he decided to join IAS hoping he could do something for the people of this country. How many young men have the will power to resist such an offer from USA ? Narayanaswamy did never look at IAS as a black money spinner as his later life bears testimony to this fact.

After a decade of meritorious service in IAS, today, Narayanaswamy is being forced out of the IAS profession. Do you know why?

Narayana Swamy's career has been marked with controversies due to his uncompromising stand against corruption.

A real estate agent wanted to fill up a paddy field which is banned under law. An application came up before Narayanaswamy who was sub collector then, for an exemption from this rule for this plot of land. Upon visiting the site he found that the complaint from 60 poor families that they will face water logging due to the waste water from a nearby Government Medical College if this paddy field was filled up was correct. Narayanswamy came under intense political pressure but he did what was right - refused permission for filling up the paddy field. That was his first confrontation with politicians...

Soon after his marriage his father-in-law closed down a public road to build compound wall for his plot of land. People approached Narayanaswamy with complaint. When talking with his own father-in-law did not help, he removed the obstructing wall with police help. The result, his marriage broke up...

As district Collector he raided the house of a liquor baron who had defaulted Rupees 11 crores payment to government and carried out revenue recovery. A Minister directly telephoned him and ordered to return the forfeited articles to the house of the liquor baron. Narayanswamy politely replied that it is difficult. The minister replied that Narayanaswamy will suffer....

In his district it was a practice to collect crores of rupees for earthen bunds meant for poor farmers, but which were never constructed. A bill for rupees 8 crores came up before Narayanaswamy. He inspected the bund. He found it very weak and said that he will pass the bill after the rainy season to ensure that the bund served the purpose. As expected the earthen bund was too weak to stand the rain and it disappeared in the rain. But he created a lot of enemies for saving 8 crores public money. The net result of all such unholy activities was that he was asked to go on leave by the government. Later such an illustrious officer was posted as "State Co-Ordinator, Quality Improvement Programme for Schools". This is what the politician will do to a honest officer with backbone - post him in the most powerless position to teach him a lesson. Since he found that nothing can be achieved for the people if he continued with the State Service he opted for central service. But that too was denied on some technical ground.

What will you do when you have a brilliant computer career anywhere in the world you choose with the backing of several advanced technical papers too published in international journals to your credit?

When you are powerless to do anything for the people, why should you waste your life as the Co-Ordinator for a Schools Programme?

Mr. Narayanaswamy is on the verge of leaving IAS to go to Paris to take up a well paid United Nations assignment. The politicians can laugh thinking another obstacle has been removed. But it is the helpless people of this country who will lose - not Narayanaswamy. But you have the power to support capable and honest bureaucra ts like Narayaswamy, G.R.Khairnar and Alphons Kannamthanam who have suffered a lot under self seeking politicians who rule us. You have even the power to replace such politicians with these kind of people dedicated to the country. The question is will you do the little you can do NOW? At least a vote or word in support of such personalities...
